These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Prestatic (the "Publisher") and any person (the "Customer") purchasing PrestaShop modules on webpoint.fr. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

The products sold are software modules (extensions) compatible with the PrestaShop platform, delivered as downloadable files. Compatibility with your PrestaShop version is indicated on each product page.
Prices are shown in euros (Prestatic is not subject to VAT, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). The Publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is that in force at the time of the order.
Orders are placed exclusively via webpoint.fr. Payment is secured via Stripe (credit card) or PayPal. The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation.
Modules are delivered electronically (download) immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical media is shipped.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent. Downloading the module constitutes acceptance of this exception.
Each module includes a functional warranty for the indicated PrestaShop version. Technical support is provided by email at contact@akimania.fr within 48 business hours.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille.
